FundraiserOne provides the ability to capture and store emails that are sent to or received from contacts directly within the system. This ensures that all email communications are centrally recorded and easily accessible, giving users a complete and accurate history of interactions with stakeholders.
Captured emails are automatically linked to the relevant contact records, allowing users to view communication timelines in one place. This includes outbound emails sent from FundraiserOne as well as inbound emails received through integrated mail services, where applicable.
